Emily and Don’s wedding yesterday was just the kind I love – personal and different. Emily and Don created a celebration that truly reflected who they are – and they are unique!
I have some absolutely stunning photos to share of their whole day – including one series that will definitely be a good answer when people ask “what’s the strangest thing that’s ever happened to you at a wedding?” – but I wanted to share just a few for Emily and Don before they head off for their honeymoon.

Emily and Don devoted time before the ceremony for pictures of them and their bridal party. We had a quick stroll down their street, which has some perfectly picturesque spots. I want to live here!
Emily and Don’s ceremony was at 6pm in the newly renovated walled garden at Mellon Park in Shadyside, followed by a reception at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts.
