Rachel and Lee have been waiting for their wedding for a LONG time. They met and started dating in high school, and managed to stay together through college… and beyond! I was so happy to be able to spend their wedding day with them.

I have a lot of favorite photos – too many to choose – and I especially loved Rachel’s bridesmaids’ jade green dresses and stargazer lily bouquets. So keep an eye out for more blog posts to come featuring those.

Rachel and her bridesmaids got ready at her aunt’s awesome downtown apartment. Look at this happy bride!

How about this teamwork? The bridesmaids’ dresses laced up in the back, so there was a little assembly line here.  And how about bridesmaid Jess’s blue eyes? Wow.

Rachel and Lee’s ceremony took place early, 11am, at Duquesne University’s chapel. After the ceremony, Rachel and Lee took a few minutes on a campus bench to relax. And then it was off to the North Shore. These groomsmen could not WAIT to jump. Hello, gorgeous bride! Next photo by my fabulous second shooter Alisa Innocenti. While she shot the above photo, I was capturing this one. Having a second shooter is great! Twice the shots in the same amount of time. Since we had such an early start, there was a bit of down time after our North Shore shoot. So the bridal party took a break at Rachel’s home. I found it hilarious that they coordinated an official meeting to discuss how they’d be introduced into the reception. My favorite part of this photo is Lee checking out his ring. Just a couple reception photos – DJ Eric from Party Time Productions was fantastic. So was this young nephew of Rachel’s.
