Mazel tov to Shuli on becoming a bat mitzvah! I was delighted to photograph a few portraits of Shuli and her family just prior to her celebration at Congregation Beth Shalom. After her photo session, guests were treated to a fantastic meal by Deena’s Dishes. There were all kinds of sushi, individual servings of noodles, as well as a beautiful pasta bar with a rainbow of roasted vegetables. And the drinks were special too – guests were served three different mocktails, complete with little umbrellas. Because who doesn’t like a little umbrella in their drink? DJ Alan Karelitz kept everyone entertained all night long.
Here are a few of my favorite photos from the evening.
Shuli’s brother Avi was hard at work on her slideshow.
I was just in the right place at the right time when Shuli ran over to her mom, telling her that everything was perfect, and that she was so happy and having a great time. Music to a parent’s ears!
Mazel tov, Shuli!
