I’m thrilled to be sharing these photos… even if they’re (mostly) not by me. This past weekend, I teamed up with the fabulous Pamela Anticole for Maggie & Michael’s wedding at my favorite venue, the Heinz History Center. Maggie & Michael had planned an easygoing, laid back wedding day, and wanted a photography and video team that would get them great photos and video… without taking over the whole day.
Pamela and I teamed up with Nicki, with Pamela handling the photography while Nicki and I filmed video. Mostly! The great thing about hiring one team for photography and video is that we all help each other, teaming up to help out as necessary. For example, while Nicki went with Pamela to help with lighting portraits inside the History Center exhibits (not much light there!), I was able to get both photos and video of the reception room details. Since Pamela didn’t have an official second photographer, we helped Pamela manage her equipment and I occasionally shot some photos to help cover everything.
Maggie & Michael were so happy and smiled all day long. What a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful day! Here are a few of my favorite photos, all by Pamela except for a few noted below.
I loved every single floral piece by Farmers Daughter!
Next three photos by me. Common Plea Catering always does such an amazing job at presenting their food!
Congratulations, Maggie & Michael! Can’t wait to share the rest of the gallery with you, and the video, too!
