Mazel tov to Hannah on celebrating her bat mitzvah this past weekend at Tree of Life – Or L’Simcha Congregation. Hannah’s birthday was in December, but since December weather can be so unpredictable and treacherous, her bat mitzvah service and celebration were deferred until April. Who would have guessed that April weather would bring sleet and snow? Fortunately by evening the flurries tapered off, so while it wasn’t treacherous, it was pretty cold outside. But inside, Hannah and her friends and family had a wonderful time enjoying an evening with entertainment by the fantastic team from Soundtastic. Dorian’s Catering provided a fantastic meal with a Hawaiian theme, and Mike the Balloon Guy treated guests to a photo booth and airbrush tattoos.
Two days before the party on Saturday, I met Hannah and her family at the chapel for some portraits. Here are a few of my favorite photos from that session as well as the festive party on Saturday.
Mazel tov, Hannah!
