Jonas and I paid a visit to Phipps this past week to admire the Winter Flower Show. Their shows never disappoint. Sometimes they do make me wonder though. This year for example I thought it a little unusual that there were so many hydrangeas. I think hydrangeas are so summery, that they seemed a little out of place to me in a holiday display. Still very beautiful, though.
Flamingos (seen in the lower left) are a little unusual too. 
As Jonas’s mommy, of course I enjoy watching him watch the train display even more than looking at the flower displays. He’s so entertained. 
This just kills me. He’s so cute, he even pinches his own cheek.
