I’ve seen many very creative centerpieces at wedding receptions. As a lover of gardening, I’ve always been partial to floral centerpieces. But I think I may have a new favorite.
How about… cakes? They’re just as lovely to look at, and definitely more economical. Not to mention that you can put flowers on top of the cakes, and then you have the best of both worlds. 
Guests can cut their own piece to be exactly the size they want. 
Some guests may attempt to make an artistic statement in how they cut themselves a piece.
